21 days to change your mind
You can return items to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of your items.
Please note that The Lilac Room is unable to cover return postage costs at present and customers will have to pay for the cost of returning the items.
We recommend that customers obtain a receipt of postage and tracked postage to ensure the item is delivered back to us safely.
Please also note that items must be returned with all tags intact and your items should be in their original packaging.
All goods are inspected on return and any item in an unsuitable condition or with any signs of wear will not be accepted. In the interests of hygiene earrings and socks cannot be returned.
We are unable to offer exchanges but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.
We do our very best to get your order right every time but occasionally things don’t quite go to plan.
If you’ve received an order containing the wrong item, please send the item back to us and email us a copy of the postage receipt and we will be happy to reimburse you for the cost of postage as well as of the item.
It’s super important that you keep your proof of postage when you return the item so that we can offer this service to you.
