You can return items to us within 21 days of receipt for a full refund on the cost of your items.

Please note that The Lilac Room is unable to cover return postage costs at present and customers will have to pay for the cost of returning the items. We recommend that customers obtain a receipt of postage and tracked postage to ensure the item is delivered back to us safely.

Please also note that items must be returned with all tags intact and your items should be in their original packaging. All goods are inspected on return and any item in an unsuitable condition or with any signs of wear will not be accepted. In the interests of hygiene earrings and socks cannot be returned.
