Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur.
In the rare circumstance that a pricing error is made on our website then the customer will be informed and given the option of cancelling the order.
Payments will be made via Paypal but please note you are not required to have a Paypal account in order to make a transaction
and we accept all of the following forms of payment for online purchases – Visa, Switch and Solo.
We will send you a confirmation of your order via email.
You may also place your order by phone, 01424 444414 (10am-5.30pm, Monday-Saturday).
You would be welcome to collect the order from the shop.
We will post your item(s) within 2 working days of receipt of your order provided that they are in stock.
All shipments to the United Kingdom will be posted by Royal Mail first class (£4.95).
We offer free delivery for all orders over £100.
Currently, we do not ship outside of the UK, but please give us a call to see if we can organise something for you.
The last date for postage is the 20th December – we will aim to get your item(s) to you by Christmas Eve.
However, you are more than welcome to collect your items in the shop to ensure you receive your order in time.
